The Office is generally open 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, but accomodations are made for evening and weekend appointments for our many business and working clients.
The office has private conference facilities for meetings, conferences, and depositions.
The office is currently local counsel for several out-of-state companies and frequently accepts referals for local litigation representation of multi-state businesses, either in conjunction with out-of-state counsel or independently.
All fee agreements are in writing from the initiation of the representation. Various arrangements include hourly fees, flat fees, percentage fees, and combinations of. As required by Ohio law, clients are responsible for all costs incurred. Initial fees can usually be discussed after a brief discussion or initial conference, at no charge.
